Mid 20s to early 30s. A talented tech professional who's good at what they do and confident in their expertise but feels the pressure of an industry moving faster than their network can keep up with. Not overly cocky or anxious, just ready. Think less "desperate job seeker," more "athlete who wants a better team." We need someone who can carry a scene and is confident with dialogue. Natural, grounded, and compelling on camera. The reference we have been using is the "show me the money" scene from Jerry McGuire.
